First Hour
$300 + travel fee (if over 25 miles)*
Additional Hours
$100/hour
Travel Fee
$2.50/mile* beyond 25 miles of home farm (located in Rocky Ridge, Maryland)
Maximum Event Duration
3 hours
Deposit
$100 due at booking (non-refundable/non-transferable but applied to final payment)
Final Payment
Due the week of event
Payment Methods
Cash, Check, or Venmo accepted
Custom Event Pricing
Available for event exceeding three hours (includes scheduled breaks for donkey)
Refund Policy
Refunds after full payment are only available if Burro Bar must cancel due to weather, roadway conditions, or illness.
