Paco can carry a selection of beer, wine, non-alcoholic refreshments, or even party favors, delighting guests as they sip, snap photos, and enjoy his company. BEHIND THE BURRO
Hi, I'm Taylor! The Burro Bar has been a dream of mine since high school, when I first discovered the magic of beer burros. Fast forward 10+ years, and along came Paco—whose big personality made me realize this dream might actually become a reality.

Together with my mom, Becky, we brought the Burro Bar to life, combining our love for Paco with our love of creating unforgettable moments. As a mother-daughter duo of lifelong animal lovers, we have extensive experience in animal care and handling—so no surprise here, but our animals always come first. Their happiness and well-being mean everything to us.
​
Paco lives his best life on our family farm, alongside his Quarter Horse pals, Jane and Sonny, a small herd of Angus beef cattle, and his arch-nemeses—the barn cats.
